CRM cost vs the old way.
The old way is a spreadsheet, a notes app and follow-ups when you remember. Put a CRM's price next to the commission you might lose to slow follow-up, using your own numbers.
How the math works
- CRM cost per year = price x users x 12.
- Slow leads per year = leads x 12 x slow share.
- Commission tied to slow leads = slow leads x close rate x commission.
- Commission a CRM might help save = that number x the share you enter.
- Break-even = CRM cost per year / your commission. That is how many extra deals a year the CRM must help with to pay for itself.
Only the default CRM price comes from a public source. Every other default is our own example, not industry data. This is arithmetic on your inputs, not a prediction. Compare prices in the pricing table.
